About Me
As a holistic nutritionist and Somatic Stress Release practitioner, my work is inspired by the beauty and rhythms of nature a reminder of the importance of self-connection, nourishment, movement, rest, and the small daily practices that support our wellbeing.
With a background in fashion design and as the founder of the independent retail store Désolé, I have always been drawn to creating spaces, experiences, and rituals that help people feel more connected to themselves.
My approach combines holistic nutrition with somatic practices such as fascia release, nervous system mapping, vagal toning, and intuitive movement. Through this body-first approach, I help individuals regulate their nervous systems, release stored stress, and build a more trusting relationship with their bodies.
My work is also shaped by my own healing journey. Through years of exploring the connection between food, stress, emotions, and the body, I have come to deeply trust the body's ability to adapt, heal, and transform when given the right support. I firmly believe in everyone's capacity for growth and change because I have seen it be true for myself.
Today, I guide people back to the body as a source of wisdom, helping them feel more grounded, resilient, and at home within themselves.
