Morning Rituals — A Sensory Bath
Join us for a day of tuning into our bodies, slowing down, and unwinding in the beautiful Tadaima space.
Through guided self-massage, acupressure points, and gentle lymphatic techniques, we’ll explore practices designed to support deeper self-connection and a sense of ease within the body.
We’ll then settle into a slow, restorative sound bath a space for introspection, softness, and deep rest, followed by a nourishing, organic farm-to-table breakfast shared together.
Alongside the experience, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated bag of tools to continue the ritual at home, including Baina’s aromatherapy body scrub, Activist’s healing properties bar soap, and I Love Beauty’s gua sha tool.

A bit about us
Yulianna is a passionate Sound Therapist Practitioner devoted to harmonizing energy, facilitating gentle healing, and deepening the connection between body, mind, and soul. She creates safe and nurturing spaces where individuals and groups can come together, reconnect, and experience the profound sense of belonging that comes with inner alignment.
Her approach is rooted in the wisdom of the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Through carefully selected instruments and intuitive guidance, she helps activate and balance these energies, allowing each person to receive exactly what they need in the moment.

Emilie is a somatic stress release practitioner and holistic nutritionist who helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and release stored tension. Rooted in a body-first approach, her work combines somatic tools—like fascia release, breathwork, vagal toning, and intuitive movement—with holistic nutrition focused on whole foods, herbs, and seasonal practices.
Emilie guides clients to metabolize stress, restore natural rhythms, and foster deeper presence and ease. Her approach encourages an intuitive relationship with food and self, blending science-backed methods with trust in the body’s wisdom. She creates grounded, supportive spaces where healing becomes a return to the body as home.

Not at all. This retreat is designed to be accessible to everyone—whether you’re completely new to these practices or more familiar with them. Everything will be guided gently, with space to move at your own pace and honor your body’s rhythm.

We do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and needs. The lunch is prepared with seasonal, organic, and bio-regenerative ingredients, and can be adapted to suit most requirements (e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan). When booking, you’ll have a chance to share any allergies or special requests—just let us know and we’ll take care of you.

All bookings for the Somatic & Sound Retreat in Hornbæk are non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend, your spot is transferable to another person. Please reach out via email, and we’ll assist with the process. While we can’t offer refunds, we’ll always try to help find a solution that feels good. Please email us in advance if any changes arise.
