Super Hydrating Green Drink (Juice / Smoothie)

Even though it’s gotten colder in Istanbul (I know it’s nothing compared to Copenhagen, but it’s my new reality), I still find myself craving colder foods alongside all the soups and stews. My digestion generally thrives on cold, raw, fresh foods, and there’s something about the vibrant colors that excites me every time.

This week, I’ve been making a Super Hydration green drink, and honestly, I think it’s perfect for winter. I usually have to remind myself to drink enough water, so this feels like an extra boost.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1 cucumber

  • A big handful of fresh herbs (I used coriander, dill, parsley, and mint)

  • Coconut water (or substitute with regular water or coconut milk for a creamier version)

  • 2 pinches of Celtic salt

  • 1 fennel bulb

  • 1 pear

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: A piece of fresh ginger

Blend it all together and there you go, enjoy!
