I am a dedicated practitioner who believes in nourishing the body and soul through nature's wisdom. With a bottom-up approach, I work to restore balance and harmony by addressing the root causes of imbalance.

As a holistic nutritionist, yoga teacher, and somatic stress release practitioner, I guide individuals on a transformative journey, using food as medicine, mindful movement, and somatic practices to unlock the body’s innate healing potential and foster resilience and vitality.

The Gut Protocol is a program where we take a deep look into the digestive system from top to bottom covering digestion, absorption, assimilation, and elimination. The nervous system and the vagus nerve are equally important to what we put in our mouths. Therefore, together with nutrition, we combine regulation practices for the whole system, including cortisol levels and subconscious work.

The journey is a 6-week program tailored to your needs, goals, and future visions. We delve deep into every area of your life to find your exact needs to thrive and live your best life. Whether it's your relationship with food, stress management, or outdated daily routines, together we lay a foundation to get you where you want to be.

As a holistic health coach, creative entrepreneur, and practicing yoga teacher, with a background in the fashion industry both as a designer and in founding an independent retail store called Désolé. My inspiration is drawn from the beauty and steady repetition found in nature—a profound reminder of the importance of self-connection, self-care, nourishment, intuitive movement, and the comforting repetition that sustains it all.

What was I seeking and looking for? I was seeking guidance, expertise and holistic advice regarding my skin & hormonal issues, as well as advice in terms of energy-shifting, energy work and improvement of overall balance in energy and Life. Emilies sessions helped and guided me immensely. Whilst discussing and going over my current thoughts, problems, habits, rituals and personal stories, incorporating mindfulness practices like breathwork and meditation, all sessions felt more like a heart-to-heart talk with a friend. Always feeling seen, listened to and being advised with practical tips and suggestions that I could incorporate into my daily life. Especially when we were talking about the topic of self-esteem, as well as my relationship to money, Emilies input, thoughts and dead on questions made me realize a lot and brought up a different, deeper understanding of myself. Emilie’s program intrigued me, because I always had a strange relationship with food, that was subtle but affected my everyday life in small ways. Since it wasn’t a huge issue, I never sat down to work on it and also felt powerless to do it alone.

During our sessions, and with Emilie’s guidance, it became clearer and clearer where exactly these subtle eating habits root from, and how they affect me. Her questions urged me to think more deeply about not only eating but many different aspects of my life.

Thinking less and doing more became a motto I followed throughout and ever since, especially relating to food. I received concrete suggestions from her for how to build up a routine that fits my needs more, where the only thing I have to do is stick to it, without much thinking.

But what helped me most was her overall approach, where with her guidance, I myself had to work out my own solutions, which was very practical, and helped me realize that I have more in myself than I initially thought.

I’d recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their daily lives, with what feels like a collaborative effort, with small and manageable tasks. I feel that I learned how much power I have over my own lifestyle, and that it doesn’t take much to have some wellness in one’s life."
