Open & Hold is a four-week Summer

Group Coaching Program

Together we work with the body in a different way,
not by doing more, but by learning how to hold more

Working with the energy of summer - expansion, movement, and warmth - we soften what feels intense, release stored stress, and create grounding within the body.

With seasonal, nourishing food, somatic practices, and community support, the process becomes steady and spacious - allowing new habits to integrate naturally. it.

Summer has a different kind of energy.

It’s open, expansive, and full of movement.
There’s a natural outward flow - more light, more connection, more life happening around us.

And when you tune into it, there’s a lot to work with.

For me, this season isn’t about resetting - it’s about staying connected while things are in motion.
Learning how to hold that energy, move with it, and stay anchored in the body at the same time.

That’s why I created this four-week coaching program.

Over the weeks, we’ll focus deeply on the body through somatic practices - working with simple tools like ball work to release tension, support the nervous system, and create more space from within.
Alongside this, I’ll share a foundational understanding of somatics, so you can start to understand what’s happening in your body, not just feel it.

We’ll also work with seasonal foods that support this time of year - light, hydrating, and nourishing in a way that complements the body during summer.

It’s a space to open, and to hold.

What’s included

  • We’ll be working with food combinations and simple ways to support hormones, gut, and metabolic health — creating a foundation that helps you feel energized and vital.

At the same time, the focus is on strengthening your connection to your body, so you begin to understand more intuitively what it’s asking for.

This is a semi-personal approach, where I’ll guide you individually and tailor things to your needs along the way.

  • Intentional practices that integrate into your daily rhythm.
Somatic movement, breath, and mind work that support lasting change, strengthening your sense of grounding, presence, and connection to your body.

  • We’ll meet on Zoom Weekly to check in, go over the week’s focus, and connect as a group. A space to reflect, reset, and move through this process together.

How the Program Flows

This program is designed to clear space, reset, and build momentum, moving in sync with the season. Each week builds on the last, with guided practices, nutrition support, and mindset shifts to help integrate changes naturally.

Week 1 – Creating a Foundation (Clearing Space & Resetting)
We begin by clearing space - physically, mentally, and emotionally - to create a solid foundation for the next four weeks. This includes introducing gentle detox-supporting foods to lighten the system and ease into spring. The focus is on adding rather than restricting - bringing in bitter greens, fresh herbs, citrus, and teas that support digestion and energy.

Week 2 – Turning Inward (Self-Love & Adjustments)
Now that we have a clear and solid foundation, we turn inward. This week is focused on internal exploration, refining both mindset and nutrition. Along with small but meaningful shifts in meals, we take time to reflect, deepening self-awareness and creating space for self-compassion. This is a week of softening and checking in with what feels nourishing - both physically and emotionally.

Week 3 – Planting Seeds (Manifest & Create)
Now that we have cleared out and tuned in, we shift toward intention-setting and new beginnings. This is the week to plant seeds—establishing habits, routines, and thought patterns that align with what you want to cultivate moving forward. Using visualization, movement, and structured reflection, we focus on expanding into what’s possible.

Week 4 – Building Momentum (Integration & Refinement)
This week is about strengthening what’s working, acknowledging progress, and making final adjustments. We take inventory of changes and shifts, both internally and externally, while creating a framework to sustain these shifts beyond the program. The focus is on long-term sustainability, finding what feels good and what you want to carry forward into the season ahead.

Equinox Ceremony (March 20th)
After coming together on March 19th for our first session, we will gather again on March 20th for an Equinox Ceremony. A time to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the season ahead.
